latindance.ai is a platform for discovering and organizing dance events. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of events listed on the platform
• The accuracy of event information provided by organizers
• Any injuries or damages that occur at events
• Transactions between users and event organizers

Attend events at your own risk and exercise appropriate caution.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you post to the Service. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

The latindance.ai name, logo, and platform are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

7. Payments and Refunds

Some features of the Service may require payment. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors like Stripe. We are not responsible for any issues with payment processing.

Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Please contact the organizer directly for refund requests.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
